Well you can expect groans and the odd moan of pain in the next few days, because I have been invited by a friend to have a go at Wheelchair Basketball! This will be good smile. I'm total and have little experience of being in a chair so I fully expect to be murdered. worried smile

However I've been assured that "they'll take it easy" but hmm I think easy may have a different meaning on a basketball court anyway it's a challenge and I love that word.
Cheers
Alex.

LOL Goodness you're gonna have sore arms :). Believe me I tried moving around in a wheel chair and I kept bumping into things. Not to mention I couldn't turn the thing myself. Have fun!

Absolutely I had a lesson this morning apparently its not just a mess around as I thought but a short game.

and even though the chair was designed for basketball and weighed at most 40 kilos,My arms were aching! Not to mention my pride as I crashed in to several walls while escaping with the ball LOL! But apart from that it was enormous fun and their a great bunch of lads.
